Actress Acting Coach
As an Actress I struggled a lot on how to use my emotions in my work. I was digging deep but I was using it without the benefit and the motivation that comes from having a goal . Just being truthful and not connecting that truth to smth I wanted to get was making me be deeply emotional but the audience was not relating to me. I was thinking that I wasn’t talented and maybe I should quit acting.
Until one day I got in touch with the Chubbuck Technique and everything changed. I got personally trained by Ivana Chubbuck in Hollywood on how to utilize my Emotions not just as an end itself but as a way to empower the character goal. This brought a lot of clarity, confidence and power in myself and now I feel great every time knowing exactly how to do the work (to break down a script and fill it up using my life experience), feeling more empowered every time I do it. Now I teach & coach it to Actors so that you can shift from struggling to Empowered Actor Fast.
It is our mission to
empower you with the tools to become successful and to make dynamic, empowered choices in your work.

Ivana Chubbuck is definitely an icon in Hollywood. During her 35-plus year career, Ivana has coached a long list of A-list actors: Brad Pitt, Charlize Theron, Travis Fimmel, Sylvester Stallone, Jared Leto, Halle Berry, James Franco and Jake Gyllenhaal – just to name a few.
Being coached by her Certified Teacher Elsena Shehaj is truly a unique opportunity to help you grow on a professional and personal level.
The Chubbuck Technique is a 12-step system based on psychology and behavioral science. It guides an actor to the heart of the character by discovering the character’s primal needs – love, validation and power – and by doing anything and everything to win their objective.
The essence of the Chubbuck Technique is not to use emotional pain as an end in itself, but rather to “use emotional pain , fears, insecurities as a fuel to overcome your obstacles and WIN your character goal”. This thought process can be useful both for success in script analysis, and in your personal life.
